About Supriy
I am just a 19-year-old guy with 3+ years of experience! About strength training and fitness in general! I have been a football player at a quite high level and have been playing the sport since class 4th and decided to get involved in the gym and fitness! So I thought I can help you out a bit with the knowledge I gained over the years and transform your life!
