I reside in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, where he currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development, Special Projects, and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) at Building Environment (India) Pvt Ltd. With 16 years of experience in ecology and biodiversity, sustainability, research and development, and environmental consulting across various biogeographic zones in India, I have developed a strong expertise in areas such as soil conservation, ecological restoration, and greenbelt development. My professional skills include organization, teamwork, communication, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving. My professional journey includes significant roles at Building Environment (India) Pvt Ltd since May 2023, where he specializes in tree plantation for construction and development projects, environmental impact assessments, and business development. I have also worked with Terracon Ecotech Pvt Ltd as Manager of Ecology and Biodiversity from December 2022 to April 2023, focusing on biodiversity conservation and ecological restoration. Prior to that, I held the position of Assistant Manager in R&D at Pharmanza Herbal Pvt Ltd from November 2019 to November 2022, where I established a Pharmacognosy and Botany Center and managed research projects related to herbal extracts. I have a robust academic background with a Ph.D. in Botany from Shivaji University, focusing on plant taxonomy and conservation biology. About the lesson

Some ideas include: Planting seeds and observing their germination and growth over time Growing plants under different conditions (light/dark, wet/dry soil) to study optimal growth factors Extracting DNA from fruits like bananas or strawberries Dissecting plants to examine their structures Interactive Visuals Use interactive visuals like 3D animations and simulations to bring complex botanical concepts to life. For example, Labster's "Evolution: Journey of the canids" simulation allows students to follow the evolutionary journey of a canid colony as they create random DNA mutations. Storytelling Explain botanical facts and concepts through engaging stories and narratives. Stories can be about the accomplishments of plant scientists or fictional tales related to plant reproduction, adaptation, etc. Crafting a compelling narrative helps students better understand and remember the material. Real-World Connections Relate botanical topics to students' everyday lives, such as how plants are used in beauty products, healthcare, clothing, fuel and more. For instance, Labster's "Benedict's Test for Simple Carbohydrates" simulation teaches students about simple carbohydrate structure and how to test for sugars in food samples. Outdoor Learning Take students on field trips to botanical gardens, parks or nature preserves to observe plants in their natural habitats. Have them record plant names, compare features, and appreciate the beauty of the natural world. Reinforce the experience through post-trip discussions and activities.
