I am understanding, but firm. I love to be as vibrant and energetic as the situation calls for. I read my audience well and have been able to adapt to everyone from kids and teens to geriatric populations. I am a corrective specialist when called for, and a drill sergeant when needed. I love to explain why a specific approach matches the situation and is called for. Having as much fun as possible, educating people, and getting results are my priorities.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it is forfeit. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients assume all physical risks and waive any and all liability from me.
