I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I have a wide variety of clients based on age and abilities. I conduct sessions in a gym, online and do home visits depending on location. I am first aid trained.

Sessions are usually 45 minutes in duration and focus on the goals of the client. Injuries and medical conditions are taken into consideration. Long-term goals are discussed which form short-term, manageable goals over a realistic period of time.
