Usually I break an hour session into 4 sections. 1. Warm Up & some Cardio - 15minutes
2.Strength & Conditioning ( weights; resistance bands; calisthenics)
3.Bag Work/Punching or defensive drills
4. Sparring &/ or Core Conditioning
15min each @ high intensity.
