About Okicize
I am from Taos Pueblo, New Mexico. I am an Enrolled Tribal Member. I am also Half-European. I have an Exercise Science Degree, and Study of Kinesiology from Eastern Washington University.
I have been training, and weight training since I was sixteen, I will soon be twenty-six years old. I have years of experience working with clientele, both in-person, and online.
I have been a Private Personal Trainer before, and I am an Indigenous Personal Trainer. My programs incorporate Indigenous Themes & Elements. Specifically Indigenous Knowledge, and Herbal Knowledge incorporated into my Programs for Individuals to use.
