About Lucas
I have loved exercise my entire life. I also love teaching and coaching people on how to exercise properly.
I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I have competed in fitness competitions, taught F45 classes in Sydney, Australia, and I was a personal trainer in Los Angeles for eight years. I also taught Barry's Bootcamp classes to be a part of a great community of hard workers.
Now I am working as a personal trainer in Dallas, Texas!

My training approach is science-based and data-driven. I focus on strength, longevity, and sustainable results. Health and fitness are a lifelong pursuit. There is no finish line. When you work with me, you can expect smart training, efficient workouts, and education on how to build sustainable healthy habits.
