About Laura
I have lived non-conformity with myself in my own skin, I have dealt with problems of self-rejection, not only for myself but also in my family environment for a long time. The most wonderful thing of all is that we managed to reverse the situation and thanks to self-confidence and the WANTING to change has allowed me to get where I am and have all the illusion, joy and desire to be able to share it with you.

My specialty as a personal trainer is to take anyone determined to commit with perseverance to achieve the goals they want.
I have had continuous training in different methods of personal training and I fully trust that there is an effective method for everyone.
The fact of having worked in different parts of the world allows me to identify the mental barriers of clients, and allows me to be able to focus on breaking down any type of obstacle that we are putting in place so as not to get what we want.
I not only offer a routine, I offer my help to improve your life, and finally feel good about yourself.
I also have training to do nutritional follow-ups that really represent 70% of the change, and I also perform decongestion therapies.
