I have a degree in physical education and I have a Master in Sciences and techniques of the sport. I have the Uefa B license as manager and the trainer from Coverciano professional, I worked with professional sports (especially football but also skiing and fencing) and amateurs who wanted to change their body composition. I really like working Fresh air as well as in the gym, I like to see how a body you can simply edit with advice or exercises performed together, I love it when someone thanks me because you feel better because of me!
