About Sara
I'm Sara, a fitness trainer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. I hold certifications in fitness and am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical and Health Sciences. I teach because I'm passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness. Seeing my clients achieve their goals, gain confidence, and improve their overall well-being is incredibly rewarding. My aim is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone I work with.
