About Valentina
Since 2014, I regularly give group fitness classes, including: TRX training, HiiT, indoor cycling, full body training, barbell training, abdominal legs butt, step, deep work, etc. In Stuttgart I studied Nutrition Management and Dietetics. Then I worked for 5 months on a cruise ship (Tui Mein Schiff 4) as a personal trainer, nutritionist, spa trainer, sauna infusions, nutrition lectures, etc. In addition, I write articles for non-smokers and rendofit, In Gießen, I am now studying the master clinical sports therapy and sports physiology. In Gießen, I teach group classes at McFit, have my own feeding program in a studio, and work as an outdoor staff group trainer at Original Bootcamp.
