Passionate martial artist and fitness trainer with experience in Muay Thai, MMA, wrestling, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kyokushin Karate and boxing. I have trained extensively in martial arts and hold two black belts. My goal is to help students become stronger, fitter and more confident.
