I'm an experienced Personal Trainer with more than 2 years experience training clients in Sydney, Australia. I'm also qualified in Flexology and Pre&Post Natal care. I'm passionate about fitness and my goal is to help you become the best version of Yourself!

I'm training clients both face to face and online. Firstly I will do a fitness and goals assessment before we start training so that I can understand better your exercise background if you have any injuries and what do you want to achieve. Secondly, I will design a specific training program for your needs and teach you how to perform the exercises with correct technique.
