About Saskia
I have always been interested in sports and have been attending the gym regularly since I was 15 years old. Previously, I was involved in a number of other sports such as athletics, gymnastics and dancing. I have dealt more and more with the topic of training and nutrition and tested everything learned on me and my family until in last year's August I finally met the desire to earn the fitness trainer B-license.

The training will be individually adapted to the needs, wishes and lifestyle of the customers. Only an individual workout is a good one! In order to get fit, there is no general miracle cure and therefore it is important to provide each customer with an individual workout plan. In addition, the nutrition makes up a large part of the general fitness, which is why it will play a role in my personal training as well. But the most important thing is and remains the joy of the matter. Sport should be fun and even if you have a goal in mind, this should not cause any stress. Because we all have enough of that anyway!
