I am NASM certified and have several years of personal experience. Many trainers become certified but lack experience and hands on knowledge. I have helped people who were nervous to start transform their lives step by step starting with their fitness journey and making sure they were comfortable at the speed we go.

My lessons are custom fit to each client. During each initial session we will discuss your goals and desired speed. From there I will tailor the rest of your first session and future sessions to fit YOU and challenge you at a pace you are comfortable at. Each session we will do a check in to see where we are at and make any adjustments as we go.
