About Robert
I am Robert, I have good knowledge of fitness via my qualifications and also by playing a number of sports mainly football. I have helped a professional boxer and a professional footballer with their fitness along with a range of different clients who I have helped achieve their fitness goals. I would love to help you achieve your goals.

My sessions will give you the knowledge you need to lose body fat or gain muscle or a combination of both. I use boxing pad work to help people get fitter in an enjoyable way. I can also teach you how to use dumbbells and bodyweight to improve your fitness and get the results you would like.
