About Bertu
Hello! I'm 20 years old and I'm working tirelessly to develop myself professionally in the field of sports, to become a successful coach in the future. Currently, I'm providing individual coaching services to cover my education expenses and achieve my biggest goal: attending the university of my choice. For me, sports isn't just about weightlifting; it's about discipline and a lifestyle. As a young, dynamic trainer fully involved in the process, I won't just write you a program and leave it at that; I'll be your companion, experiencing the entire journey with you every day. Together, we'll see that you can achieve your dream body without spending a fortune.

I don't just give you the program and leave; we regularly monitor your fitness, progress, and motivation together.
