Lisa Wingårdh is a Personal Trainer in Yoga and Wellness and guides you in Yoga where you can disconnect from the outside world and travel into yourself.
After resigning from her full-time job, Lisa Wingårdh went to India to become a yoga teacher. Now she wants to share the philosophy and spirituality of yoga with the world.
