About Aramis
Struggling with maths or looking to get ahead?
I am a Mechanical Engineering student with a passion for mathematics and helping students develop confidence in their abilities. I specialise in breaking difficult concepts into simple, logical steps that students can understand and apply independently.
My goal is not just to help students find the correct answer, but to understand why a method works and how different areas of mathematics connect together. By focusing on genuine understanding rather than memorisation, students are able to improve their problem-solving skills, confidence, and results.
I create a supportive and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for assessments, or strengthening their foundations, I tailor lessons to their individual needs and learning style.
As a recent high school graduate and current engineering student, I understand the challenges students face and can explain concepts in a clear and relatable way.
I hold a valid Working With Children Check and am committed to helping students achieve their academic goals.

Every student learns differently, which is why I adapt my teaching approach to suit each student's individual needs, learning style, and pace.
My lessons focus on building a strong understanding of mathematical concepts rather than simply memorising formulas and procedures. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and understand the reasoning behind each step so they can approach unfamiliar problems with confidence.
A typical lesson includes a combination of concept explanation, worked examples, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. I aim to make lessons engaging and interactive while ensuring students feel supported throughout the learning process.
I also help students develop effective study habits, problem-solving techniques, and exam strategies that can be applied across all areas of mathematics.
Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and are suitable for students from primary school through to Year 10 mathematics.
