About Wiktoria
I’m a Biomedical Engineering graduate, and recently finished my PT training. I am fitness enthusiast with 7 years of gym experience. My passion lies in helping people feel stronger, more confident and empowered through movement and positive habits. I combine science-backed knowledge with real life experience to create a supportive space where you can build consistency and enjoy your fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or returning to the gym after a break, I’m here to cheer you on and guide you step by step. I know it can be tough starting out, which is why I'd love to help anyone who needs it!

Each session is designed to guide, motivate and support you on your fitness journey. With 7 years of gym training, a PT qualification and a degree in Biomedical Engineering, I provide coaching focused on general fitness, confidence building, strength training tips and healthy lifestyle habits. I offer structured guidance, feedback and accountability to help you stay consistent and progress safely. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for an affordable boost in the right direction! Sessions can be 30–60 minutes depending on your preferences. I offer a free 30 minute session to chat about your goals, how you like to be coached and to see if I’m the right fit for you.
