RYT-200HR certified by Yoga Alliance. My teaching style is centered on making yoga accessible, approachable, and enjoyable for everyone—regardless of age, flexibility, or experience level. Sessions are guided with patience, encouragement, and zero judgment, creating a safe and supportive space where you can learn comfortably at your own pace without feeling intimidated.

60-minute personalised yoga sessions focused on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through guided exploration of yoga poses and mindful movement. Sessions may also include pranayama breathing techniques and kriya practices to support relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing. Each session concludes with a short sound bath for deep relaxation and grounding.

Personal Training (1-1)
- 1st trial session: $40 per 60 min
- Usual price: $100 per 60 min
- 3 trial sessions: $210 (U.P $300)- for 1st timer only
- 10 session package: $800 (U.P $1000)
- 20 session package: $1440 (U.P $2000)
- additional transport cost for travelling to your preferred location
Private Group Class (up to 4 pax)
- $100 for 60 min session
- Yoga mats and props are provided for at my home studio located at Blangah Gardens (nearest MRT station: Telok Blangah/Harbourfront station)
