My teaching method is based on a personalized approach, adapting lessons to the needs, interests, and pace of each student. I use interactive learning methods, such as text discussions, literary analysis, and practical exercises, to engage students in active learning. I also incorporate modern educational tools and technology to make the lessons more engaging and effective. A typical lesson plan:
Introduction: Review of previous lessons (if applicable), clarifications, and guidance for the new topic.
Text/Reading Analysis: Reading and discussing the text or literary work, identifying key elements (theme, characters, writing techniques).
Explanations & Examples: Theory analysis followed by practical exercises with examples.
Questions & Discussion: Active student participation through questions and discussions to help them better understand the content.
Homework: Assigning relevant exercises or readings to reinforce the lesson. What sets me apart as a tutor: What sets me apart is my flexibility and adaptability to each student's needs. I have expertise in Special Education and Intercultural Education, so I am able to support students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds. I also integrate psychological techniques, creating a supportive and positive learning environment for students.
Who the lessons are for: My lessons are designed for students of all ages and levels, whether they are school students seeking to improve their knowledge of Greek Language and Literature, or university students who need help with exams or literary analysis. I also cater to students with learning difficulties or special needs. Additionally, I offer lessons for foreign nationals who have an interest or inclination toward the Greek language and culture and wish to learn or improve their skills in speaking and writing. I tailor lessons to each student's level and needs, using modern methods that also incorporate the rich Greek cultural heritage.
