About Udayasri
I am a BNYS student with a strong academic foundation in yoga, naturopathy and wellness. I conduct structured online yoga sessions focused on posture, flexibility, mobility, breathing, relaxation and mindful movement. My teaching approach is systematic, supportive and adapted to beginners’ individual needs and comfort.

My online yoga classes are designed for beginners and anyone looking to improve fitness, flexibility, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Each session includes guided yoga postures, Surya Namaskar, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. Classes are simple, structured and suitable for different fitness levels. I focus on proper technique, consistency and making yoga practical for everyday life. Live online sessions are conducted in a friendly and supportive environment. A 3-day free trial is available so you can experience the sessions before joining the monthly program.
