About Ferhan
Turkey Gymnastics Federation approved Pilates instructor I also include my education in the schools that international certification. I teach pilates and functional training classes in the form of one-on-one or group lessons. I have been working as a trainer for four years and in this process I had the opportunity to work with people with different body types and clinical problems.

I always take care to teach my lessons as I would train a new pilates instructor. In other words, I try to avoid moving my member and teach him to move right when he is on his own. While I am working all over the whole body during a lesson, I try to plan my lessons within the aim of my member.
