About Victoria

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2017 I went to India to study in the capital of yoga, Rishikesh. That is where I received certification as a yoga teacher. I love to teach yoga. Especially, I love to teach 101 lessons which are very special because a student and I can go very deep into practice

About the lesson

In our practice, we will find ways to connect with ourselves and others, find and inner growth and strength. We will sweat and have a lot of fun. This yoga practice is a treat and perfect way to reset the state of your body and mind! Every lesson is always adjusted to the individual needs of the student.
