About Lilliana
With 6 years of experience across the most complex corners of the pharmacy world, I’m not just someone who knows the material—I’m someone who lives it.
My journey has taken me from the fast-paced environment of Retail Pharmacy to the high-stakes world of Specialty Pharmacy. I’ve spent years navigating the intricacies of Prior Authorizations, helping patients get the life-saving medications they need by bridging the gap between doctors and insurance providers.
Currently, I work as an Adjudicator, diving deep into the technical back-end of pharmacy claims processing. But my passion for the profession goes beyond my daily work: I am a content creator for the NHA (National Healthcareer Association). I help develop the very materials and standards that pharmacy technicians use to get certified nationwide.

A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan The Quick Check (10 mins): We review the "sticky points" from our last session or clarify a specific homework hurdle. The Deep Dive (30 mins): We tackle a new core concept (e.g., Controlled Substance laws, IV Admixtures, or Pharmacokinetics).The "Live Bench" Practice (15 mins): We apply the concept to practice questions or simulated pharmacy scenarios.
