About Junia
I hold a PhD in Biology and have been teaching for 5 years, working with high school, undergraduate, and adult learners. My academic and research experience allows me to deliver deep insights into biological topics while making them accessible to students at any level. My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, clarity, and relevance. I aim to help students truly understand biology rather than just memorize it. I take time to explain terms and processes using analogies and interactive visuals, and I constantly adjust my approach based on each student’s strengths and areas of struggle. Beyond the classroom, I remain active in biological research and education. I stay updated on curriculum changes and advancements in science so my lessons are current and practical. Teaching biology is not just my job—it's a passion. I find great fulfillment in seeing students grow confident in a subject that once felt overwhelming.

Whether it’s multiple-choice, structured answers, or scientific writing, I guide students on how to organize and express their understanding.
