About Jaya

I’m a PhD candidate in telescope engineering with over 100 hours of tutoring experience. My background in science and engineering gives me a strong foundation in Python, math, and physics, which I bring into every lesson. My approach is simple: I adapt to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring they feel confident and supported. Lessons are structured but flexible, designed to make complex topics clear and accessible.

Professionalism and reliability are important to me, and I take pride in creating a positive, productive learning environment. My goal is to help students build both their skills and their confidence in STEM subjects.

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Methods

I create a flexible, student-centered environment, tailoring each lesson to the individual’s learning style. I start by assessing the student’s current level and preferred learning methods, then adapt my approach—whether that’s hands-on coding ️, interactive physics problem-solving , or step-by-step math explanations . Building a strong foundation is key, so each student feels confident moving forward.

Typical Lesson Length

Lessons are typically 60 minutes, ideal for introducing and reinforcing new concepts without overwhelming. I’m happy to adjust the length as needed for focus and comfort.

Qualifications and Experience

I’m a PhD candidate in telescope engineering with 100+ hours of tutoring experience in Python, math, and physics. I’ve worked with students of all ages, making complex subjects accessible and fun.
