About Monika
I am a passionate Structural/Civil Engineer with a PhD, deeply interested in post-tensioned concrete, anchorage zone behavior, and finite element analysis. Over the years, I have taught at respected engineering institutes and truly enjoy helping students understand complex concepts with clarity and confidence. My experience with tools like ANSYS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, along with several SCI-indexed research publications, strengthens the practical value I bring to my classes. I believe in maintaining a friendly, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and building a strong foundation in civil and structural engineering.
