About Yingzi
Holding a PhD degree in Sociology, I am experienced in explaining complex concepts and theories with examples, daily experience, and visual materials.
I have led seminars and workshops across a range of sociological studies modules, where I supported students in developing critical thinking, theoretical understanding, and confidence in academic discussion.
I marked over 300 assignments, giving me a strong understanding of assessment criteria and what examiners look for in high-quality work. I provide detailed, constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their writing, structure, and argumentation.
