About Normazlina
My name is Dr. Normazlina Mat Isa, a PhD-qualified Electrical Engineering lecturer with a strong background in power systems, renewable energy, solar PV, and automation. I have years of experience teaching, supervising projects, and guiding students at diploma and degree levels.
I chose to teach because I truly believe engineering should be understood, not memorized. Many students struggle not because they are weak, but because the concepts were never explained in a way that made sense to them. My goal is to simplify complex topics, build students’ confidence, and help them see how what they learn in class connects to real-world engineering practice.
Teaching gives me the opportunity to empower students, support their academic journey, and prepare them not just to pass exams—but to become capable, confident future engineers. Seeing students improve, gain clarity, and succeed is what motivates me the most.

I am a PhD Electrical Engineering lecturer, and I help Diploma and Degree students understand electrical engineering in a simple, practical, and stress-free way.
I focus on explaining concepts clearly, guiding students step by step through problems, and showing how theory is applied in real engineering practice—especially in solar PV, power systems, and PLC/automation. Lessons usually last about 1 hour and can be done online or face-to-face.
Whether you need help with exams, assignments, labs, or your Final Year Project, I’m happy to guide you and support your learning at your own pace.
