About Omisha
I am Dr. Arpita, an experienced English Professor with over 15 years of teaching experience across diverse academic settings. I hold a PhD and have a strong academic background in English, with extensive experience teaching senior school, undergraduate, and postgraduate students.
As an educator, I believe that every learner has a different pace, learning style, and set of goals. I therefore focus on creating a comfortable, encouraging, and interactive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, express themselves confidently, and develop a genuine command of the language.
My teaching combines academic depth with practical communication skills. Whether you want to strengthen your English for examinations and higher education, improve your spoken English, develop professional communication skills, or become more confident using English, I aim to make every class purposeful, engaging, and relevant to your needs.

I am Dr. Arpita, an experienced English Professor with over 15 years of teaching experience. My approach is student-centred, interactive and practical, with a strong focus on clarity, confidence and individual learning needs. I believe English is best learned through regular practice, meaningful conversation and personalised guidance rather than rote learning.
Each class is structured according to the learner’s level and objectives. Depending on the requirements, sessions may include concept explanation, discussion, reading, vocabulary building, grammar, speaking practice, writing activities, and constructive feedback. For Spoken English learners, I particularly focus on fluency, pronunciation, confidence, vocabulary, and effective everyday and professional communication.
