About Jhen
I completed my PhD in Neuroscience, prior to which my master's and bachelor's were in Psychology. I also am passionate about math and English. I think that there is a lot of joy in learning and teaching, but that joy is experienced when the method is suited to the needs of the student. My goal is to always make each lesson fun for the student and take time to find the learning method that best suits you. In my free time, I like painting, drawing, discovering new genres of literature and learning new languages. As a second-degree student myself, I am especially passionate about making adult learners comfortable about undertaking new subjects.

My goal is to make learning fun, while not compromising on effectiveness or quality.
I cater all my lessons to the individual student. Your schools/universities already tackle curriculum based learning. My role is to take learning out of that set recipe and create a learning environment that allows you to learn while loving learning.
My lessons are for everyone: students in middle and high school, university students, adult learners and casual learners. ESL learners are welcome! As a prior researcher I ensure that all my lessons are updated and current.
I have previously taught all these age groups and have taught people in multiple countries/continents and from multiple countries/continents. I love meeting new people and sharing what I know. I can assure you that my classes are a safe space no matter who you are.
