My Teaching Method and Techniques My approach is learner-centered. I begin by assessing the student’s current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. I use a mix of techniques such as: Simplification & examples: breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable terms. Active engagement: encouraging questions, discussions, and problem-solving instead of just lecturing. Varied resources: using visual aids, real-life applications, practice exercises, and digital tools to reinforce learning. Feedback & reflection: giving constructive feedback and helping students reflect on their progress. A Typical Lesson Plan Warm-up (5 minutes): Quick recap of the previous lesson or a short activity to activate prior knowledge. Introduction (5 minutes): Outline the objectives of the session. Main Instruction (20–30 minutes): Explanation of the new concept using examples, guided practice, and interactive questions. Practice (15–20 minutes): Student works on problems, case studies, or exercises while I guide and correct. Review & Reflection (5–10 minutes): Summarize key points, clarify doubts, and assign practice or homework. Feedback: I check student understanding and adapt future lessons accordingly.
