About Malak

I am a full-time lecturer in Law and a qualified solicitor. I hold a PhD (from Queen Mary) and two Master’s degrees (UCL and Queen Mary).

I’m passionate about helping students excel in their legal studies; not just by improving their marks, but by building their confidence in analysis, structure, and argumentation.

My approach is professional, approachable, and tailored to each student’s goals. I work with undergraduate, postgraduate, and mature students to strengthen legal reasoning and achieve academic success.

About the lesson

I am a full-time University Lecturer in Law with a PhD in International Law and prior experience as a qualified solicitor. My lessons help students master complex legal principles with confidence and precision.

I provide tailored, student-centred support on these subjects:
- Simplifying difficult concepts in ELS, Public Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, EU Law, Equity & Trusts, Criminal Law, Land Law, Family Law
- Case law analysis and applying authorities effectively in essays and exams
- Essay and dissertation structure, critical writing, and problem questions
- Exam strategy and time management for high-pressure assessments

I support:
- Undergraduate & postgraduate law students (LLB, LLM)
- Conversion course students (GDL, PGDL, LPC, SQE prep)
- Dissertation and thesis writers

Sessions last 60–90 minutes and can be adapted for ongoing study or intensive exam preparation.
