I am a research scientist with PhD (molecular biology) and 8 yrs of research experience. I have two yrs of teaching experience and have supervised many undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research training and thesis writing at Australian Universities........ I believe in setting a structured deadlines based on students subjects and his exams and have timely assessments to measure their progress.
