About KARUN
I hold a PhD in Physics and work as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Education, University of Manitoba, where I focus on enhancing students' practical understanding of physics through interactive technologies, such as PhET simulations. I have extensive research experience in Quantum Optics, Plasmonics, and Quantum Plasmonics, and have published in top journals. I have taught and mentored students at IIT Ropar, India, and the University of Manitoba. I also served as Physics Director at an International Mathematics and Physics Summer camp (IMPSC) and worked as a research scientist. I combine strong scientific expertise with innovative teaching strategies to improve science learning.

I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions and exploring new ideas. By combining my expertise in physics with hands-on, interactive methods, I aim to make science accessible, understandable, and exciting for learners of all ages.
As a Teaching Assistant at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, I assist with lesson planning, guide students through science concepts, and support them in developing effective teaching strategies for future classrooms. I also help students design engaging activities, address misconceptions, and strengthen their understanding of key scientific principles.
I am dedicated to fostering curiosity and helping students reach their full potential. I ensure that all students have novel and effective learning experiences.
