TUTOR SPANISH
I am a Spanish native-speaker from Chile, Latin America. My methodology of teaching consists of the following structure. First minutes of the session: practice speaking. Then, we practice grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using specialised books according to your level of Spanish. Finally, we finish the session proposing homework. This structure may change according to your needs.
TUTOR SOCIOLOGY
Taking into consideration my experience in my PhD, I can offer tutorials on study skills to students from University level. Following specialised literature and books on these themes, I can offer the following services:
- Sociological theory
- Qualitative Methodologies
- Improve Study Skills, like time management, techniques of reading and writing, techniques to find specific literature, using appropriate technologies for study (references apps, software for qualitative research)
TUTOR LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC
I have a master degree in musicology and I am also an amateur musician and I have used the music and the song as a methodological tool to approach social reality and to conduct participatory research. I can teach Latin American music, in particular, guitar and singing. My expertise is Latin American Folk Music includes rhythms like Huayno, Cueca, Cumbia, Guajira, Corridos, Vals, Boleros. In addition, I have knowledge of Nueva Canción Chilena and Nueva Trova. Apart from folklore, I can teach some Latin American rock music.
