About Maliqa
A Dedicated Teacher with Strong Academic & Research Expertise
I am a PhD in Soil & Water Engineering with a strong academic background in Agricultural Engineering and several years of research and teaching-related experience. My academic journey includes a B.Tech and M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering and Soil & Water Engineering, followed by doctoral research in the field. I have also qualified ICAR-NET and have been awarded a Gold Medal for achieving the highest OGPA during my B.Tech.
My teaching philosophy is simple: students should understand concepts, not just memorize them. I create a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace.
My research experience in areas such as agricultural water management, irrigation, hydrology, hydroponics, soilless cultivation, and smart agricultural technologies allows me to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications.
Whether you are a school student building your fundamentals, a college student preparing for examinations, or a learner seeking deeper understanding of Agricultural Engineering and related subjects, I tailor my lessons to your individual needs and level.
My goal is to make every class clear, engaging, practical, and genuinely useful—so that students leave not only knowing the answer, but understanding how and why it works.

My teaching approach is concept-based, practical, and student-focused. I believe students learn best when they understand the “why” behind a concept rather than simply memorizing formulas or definitions. I therefore explain topics step by step, using real-world agricultural examples, practical applications, diagrams, problem-solving exercises, and research-based case studies wherever relevant.
A typical class begins with a brief discussion of the previous topic, followed by an introduction to the new concept. I then explain the topic in a structured and easy-to-understand manner, followed by examples and numerical/problem-solving exercises. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the session and end each class with a quick recap and practice questions to reinforce learning.
My distinguishing feature is my research-oriented and practical approach to teaching. With a PhD and postgraduate specialization in Soil & Water Engineering, I bring both academic knowledge and research experience into the classroom. My areas of expertise include agricultural water management, irrigation, hydrology, hydroponics, soilless cultivation, smart agriculture, and related agricultural technologies.
My classes are suitable for school students, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and learners preparing for competitive examinations or seeking academic/research guidance. I adapt the depth, pace, examples, and teaching style according to the student's level and individual learning needs.
My aim is not just to help students complete a syllabus, but to help them understand concepts clearly, develop confidence, think analytically, and apply their knowledge to real-world problems.
