I live in Victoria, B.C., and I became interested in learning Spanish because I enjoy traveling to Mexico and wanted to feel more comfortable with the language.
I really like how Raul organizes the classes—it never feels random, and I always know what we’re working on. It’s helped me feel more confident when I’m in Mexico and trying to communicate.
We also spend some time talking about culture, which makes the lessons more interesting and practical, not just grammar.
