Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. If the student cancels, lessons resume on the next planned lesson. If I cancel, I will work with the student to offer an alternative time for that week. If the student and I can find no alternative, the lessons resume on the next planned lesson.
Students must pay for lessons which they cancel less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, though I do make certain few exceptions at my discretion.
After the first free lesson, I require that students pay for 5 lessons in advance.
