About Róisín
My name is Roisin Wada and I am teaching Prep in Longreach, a small outback QLD town. This will be my seventh year of teaching. Prior to working at Longreach State School, I worked in two small multi-age schools in the towns of Windorah and Jundah for four years. Following that, I did some relief teaching around the region and took on an acting principal role in Stonehenge, another small town. Now I am back in a mainstream classroom teaching 26 Preppies and I'm absolutely loving it!
