About Anindita
I am an experienced Physics instructor with four years of teaching and hold an MPhys degree. I specialise in making complex ideas accessible and engaging for students at both school and university levels. My focus includes modern physics topics, with a special emphasis on the Standard Model. My teaching approach in Physics is nurturing and personalised, focusing on helping students truly understand concepts. I emphasise both theory and practical applications to build strong foundations. I cover classical topics like mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism, as well as modern subjects including computational physics, data visualisation, and numerical methods. Students explore physics using simulations and scientific programming basics, allowing them to see concepts in action. I encourage curiosity and computational exploration, making learning interactive and engaging. Assignments and projects are designed to challenge thinking while providing clear guidance. I support students in excelling, helping them tackle exam preparation, assignments, and research tasks confidently. Practical examples from research and nuclear studies enrich sessions, connecting theory to real-world applications. Step by step, students gain confidence in modelling complex systems and analysing results. Together, we celebrate computational skills and the joy of discovery in physics.
