I am a Physics graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with a 3.7 GPA. I have 5 years of experience tutoring mathematics including pre-algebra, trigonometry, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus 1 and 2. I also have 5 years of experience tutoring physics 1+2, chemistry 1+2, organic chemistry 1+2, and biochemistry. I like to start my lessons by getting an idea of my students' strengths and weaknesses. This allows me to tailor my lessons appropriately. We will then dive in with a couple of basic practice problems to either build confidence or lay down foundations. From there, we will practice a bit more, then build more advanced concepts when the basics are grasped.
