About Wendy
My fascination with physics started with an interest in understanding how the universe operates, from motion to energy transformations. This curiosity led me to complete a B.Sc in Applied Physics, where I explored both theoretical and experimental foundations of physical science. Over 10 years of teaching, I have guided students in translating abstract concepts into understandable, practical knowledge, helping them build confidence and analytical skill. I approach teaching with clarity, patience, and adaptability. Many students struggle when physics is introduced too abstractly or too quickly. I prioritize breaking down concepts step by step, using diagrams, demonstrations, and real-world examples to illustrate principles. I encourage active participation and thoughtful questioning to foster deeper understanding and engagement. Outside teaching, I continue exploring physics through experimental reading, attending workshops, and analyzing contemporary scientific studies. These activities allow me to bring real-world relevance and insight into lessons. Teaching physics is profoundly fulfilling because I witness students gain mastery over concepts that once felt daunting, cultivating both confidence and a lifelong curiosity about the natural world.

Lesson content is tailored to individual skill levels. Beginners explore basic motion, force, energy, and simple problem-solving strategies. Intermediate learners study deeper mathematical derivations, experimental interpretation, circuit analysis, and multi-step solutions. Advanced students focus on complex topics, derivations, and applied problem solving for exams or projects. Practice problems, guided reasoning, and stepwise correction are integrated to ensure comprehensive understanding.
Physics lessons also develop critical thinking, precision, and systematic reasoning. Students learn to approach challenges methodically, analyze situations, and make predictions based on fundamental principles. As learners progress, many gain excitement from connecting theory to real-world phenomena. My goal is to equip students with both understanding and confidence so that physics becomes a tool for curiosity and analytical thinking rather than a source of intimidation.
