About Bella
My fascination with physics emerged from a desire to understand the fundamental laws governing the universe, from everyday motion to cosmic phenomena. This curiosity led me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Astrophysics, equipping me with a solid foundation in classical and modern physics. Over 11 years of teaching, I have guided students of varying abilities, helping them transform complex, abstract topics into clear, approachable concepts while fostering analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
I take a student-focused approach that combines interactive explanations, visual models, practical demonstrations, and applied examples. I emphasise independent thinking, curiosity, and confidence while providing structured guidance tailored to each learner’s pace and level.
Beyond teaching, I engage with contemporary research, computational modelling, and scientific discoveries to enrich lessons with relevant, real-world insights. Witnessing students progress from initial hesitation to confident understanding, applying concepts creatively and independently, remains the most fulfilling aspect of my career and inspires my continued dedication to teaching physics.

My physics lessons are designed to make abstract concepts concrete, approachable, and exciting. I cover classical mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, optics, electromagnetism, and introductory quantum mechanics. Each lesson combines visual explanations, practical demonstrations, problem-solving exercises, and real-world applications to deepen understanding and foster analytical thinking. Students are encouraged to ask questions, experiment with ideas, and explore concepts independently in a supportive and engaging environment.
For beginners, lessons emphasise foundational concepts, basic problem-solving, motion, forces, energy, and simple experiments that illustrate key principles. Intermediate learners develop proficiency in derivations, multistep calculations, thermodynamic analysis, and wave behaviour. Advanced learners engage with modern physics concepts, including relativity, quantum phenomena, and experimental interpretation. Each session incorporates guided practice, conceptual reinforcement, and discussion to ensure clarity and confidence.
