About Livia
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Physics and have 8 years of experience teaching students from beginners to advanced learners. My approach emphasizes patience, clarity, and a strong focus on conceptual understanding while encouraging analytical reasoning and independent problem-solving.
I design lessons to match each learner’s needs, offering foundational support for beginners and challenging advanced learners with complex applications, guided experiments, and problem-solving exercises. I integrate visual demonstrations, interactive discussions, and practical examples to strengthen comprehension and engagement.
Outside teaching, I follow advancements in physics through research articles, lab experiments, and scientific discussions. This ensures lessons remain up-to-date, relevant, and stimulating. Physics comes alive when students can relate abstract principles to everyday phenomena. My lessons cover mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum concepts, and energy systems, combining visual demonstrations, step-by-step explanations, and problem-solving exercises. I emphasize conceptual clarity and logical reasoning while guiding students to apply principles to practical situations. Each session encourages questions, experimentation, and independent thinking to build understanding, analytical skills, and confidence in approaching complex ideas.
I structure lessons according to student level. Beginners focus on fundamental motion, basic forces, energy concepts, and simple experiments. Intermediate learners explore electromagnetism, heat transfer, kinematics, and circuit analysis. Advanced learners tackle quantum mechanics, relativity basics, advanced problem-solving, and research-style applications. Every lesson integrates guided reasoning, illustrative examples, and practice problems to reinforce understanding and analytical thinking at all levels.
My goal is to help students approach physics with curiosity, confidence, and systematic thinking. Lessons foster problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and a genuine appreciation for the elegance of physical laws. Students learn to apply concepts in exams, experiments, and real-world scenarios, gaining skills and confidence that extend beyond the classroom.
