About Nisha
My lessons are designed to help students understand the scientific process in a thoughtful and steady way. We begin by looking closely at how experiments are designed, why each step matters, and how good planning leads to reliable results. Together, we practise rigorous data analysis, learning to read patterns, question results, and draw clear conclusions. A key part of our work is understanding error propagation and how small uncertainties can shape scientific outcomes. I also guide students in mastering scientific reporting so they can communicate their findings with clarity and confidence. Each lesson encourages careful thinking and honest reflection on what experiments reveal. We take time to examine experiments critically, asking what worked, what didn’t, and why. This helps build strong analytical skills that transfer to any laboratory setting. I support learners in finding their own approach to scientific investigation, helping them build trust in their abilities and judgement. Whether someone is exploring science out of curiosity or returning to it for a new career path, the goal is to help them grow with confidence. Through practice, reflection, and guided inquiry, students discover new ways to conduct experiments effectively and with purpose. Each session empowers them to think independently, work carefully, and excel in their scientific journey.

With over 9 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Condensed Matter Physics, I have dedicated my work to helping students understand the complex field of environmental radiation physics. I guide learners through natural and artificial radioactivity with clear explanations and practical examples. My expertise includes radiation detection methods, shielding strategies, and analysing the environmental impacts of nuclear waste. I have successfully supported students from environmental science, health physics, and nuclear engineering, helping them build strong foundations for both academic and professional growth. Each lesson is carefully structured to make challenging concepts feel manageable and meaningful. I believe in connecting theory with real-world applications so students can see the purpose behind what they learn. By using case studies, analytical exercises, and problem-solving sessions, I help learners understand how radiation behaves in different settings. Many of my students appreciate the confidence they gain when evaluating safety concerns and environmental risks. My approach encourages curiosity while developing strong scientific judgement. Teaching this subject brings me great satisfaction, especially when students begin to see radiation not as something mysterious, but as a phenomenon that can be understood and managed.
