About Whitney

We’ll explore the beauty of light by studying reflection, refraction, and interference with clear, hands-on demonstrations. Complex ideas like electromagnetic fields will be simplified using visual simulations that make them easier to grasp. I want my students to feel that physics isn’t just a subject, but a tool that explains the technology they use every day. Whether it’s how headphones produce sound, how smartphones charge, or how lasers work, I’ll show the direct relevance of each concept. My teaching style is interactive and supportive, helping you grow step by step with clarity and confidence. Every lesson is built to spark curiosity and open doors to scientific thinking. I am a Physics tutor with over 8 years of experience and hold an MSc in Medical Physics. My expertise extends into the fascinating field of materials science, where I integrate physics concepts with real-world applications. I specialize in exploring how microscopic phenomena like defects and phase transitions shape the macroscopic behavior of materials.
In my lessons, I bring complex topics such as crystal defects, grain boundaries, diffusion, and phase diagrams to life.
