I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for promoting physical health and well-being through evidence-based practice. With experience in both clinical settings and academic research, I specialize in treating musculoskeletal conditions and exploring the effectiveness of techniques like Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Techniques. I am currently engaged in a randomized controlled trial focusing on chronic non-specific neck pain, aiming to enhance patient care through scientific inquiry. My goal is to combine hands-on therapy with research to deliver the best outcomes for my patients and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy.
